Tipping Point Theater - 2008

Not to be outdone by Jeff Daniel's Purple Rose in Chelsea, Michigan, Northville local patrons lead by local TV weatherman Chuck Gaidica adapted a 4,000 square foot industrial building, transforming it into a small professional regional theater. This project was designed pro bono by Presley Architecture and built pro bono by Mike Miller Building Co.
