Westwood Common
1997 - 2002
This small 20 unit subdivision in Beverly Hills, Michigan was the first community in the state designed and built to "new urbanism" standards. The zero-lot-line homes with rear access garages are modestly sized for the area and centered around a common green. Although the total site is 20 acres the dense 7 acre development area allowed for maximum open space.
This project was built by David Jensen, Developer and Co. Designed with Joseph Mosey Architecture, Inc.
