Dehenau Residence - 2006

The challenge of this project was to remake a 60’s tri-level, adding a new master suite without completely remaking all of the roof lines. Also, the lower level had just been redone. This exterior craftsman-style alteration reflects the interior alteration style and adds the needed space. From the outside, one would not guess that this is a tri-level or that the house was remade. The new entry creates a powerful focal point, which is counterbalanced by the new home office turret. The main roof, although new, is only slightly steeper than the original roof. The master addition is to the left.
