Barry Cottage - 2008

The Barry Cottage was a 900 square
foot one-level 60’s structure on a
crawlspace. We remade the exterior in
cottage shingle style and expanded it
modestly to 1,200 square feet with a
partial bunk loft above. The home was
rebuilt over a full walk-out lake level.
Featured are high ceilings and wood
finishes throughout. It is the perfect size
for the Barry lifestyle. The home was
built by Doublestein Builders of
Petoskey MI.
