Eagle Island is a 3,500 square foot cottage on one of the best home sites on Walloon Lake. The building style echoes historic lake architecture in manner that could be described as "Edwin Lutyens meets Shingle-Style". The wide wrap porch perches over the lakefront with a wide view panorama. Most roof lines come down to the first floor cornice band, with second floor windows set into roof and wall dormers. The dark shake color allows the trim and banding to stand out.
